My parcel was out for delivery at 15:30, but at 18:53 I got a message "Customer not ready with Exchange" however there was no delivery or contact attempt made for the same.
Also lying about the customer can be challenged legally.

Cherry on top, when we visited the mentioned hub provided in the tracking details, turns out it was closed already despite their operating time i.e. 9:00 - 21:00.
Also on enquiring about the related issue the person there rudely denied any help and told us to walk away.
