A3. Finding out what leadership themes fit me was eye opening. Reading through the positives and negatives of each theme was fun as I found many of the scenarios it laid out matched my life precisely! Now I know what my strengths are I can focus on improving them! #ED634

A2. As a leader you will naturally use your strengths so they will always improve! I would say work on weaknesses because they will not improve unless worked upon. A wise soul once told me that weakness should be looked at as areas for growth rather than weaknesses! 😁#ED634
