An update on KYC verification.

Since our last update, new controls and measures have been implemented, and temporary regional restrictions are being lifted as regions come back online. As part of this, some users may be asked to verify again. That process is now open.

If your verification was declined, you can now restart it directly in the app and resubmit your documents.

We understand many legitimate users were affected. Verification is now smoother, with more time per session to complete each step. Restarting in-app is the fastest path to getting verified.
