E2 ka basic 20600 tha use 50000 kiya gaya or W11 ka 20500 tha use 29000. pta nahi koun sa formula h??

Workman पर जबरन थोपे गए pay scales मे केवल 9000 रुपए में 13 ग्रेड (W0,W1,....W11,Wsg) समेट दिए गए हैं। जबकि अधिकारी वर्ग में केवल 1 ग्रेड का अंतर 10000 रुपए है।

01.01.2007 से लागू वर्कमैन के बेसिक पे स्केल्स
W0 का 8700 -3%.
Wsg का 20500 - 3%.

अंतर 20500-8700= 11800रुपए

01.01.2017 से लागू
W0 का 20000
Wsg का 29000

अंतर 29000-20000= 9000 रुपए

@BMSVindhya_NKS @ntpclimited @OfficeOfRKSingh @PMOIndia Please solve issue of DT 2018 basic pay as soon as possible.we are suffering from atleast three years due to wrong basic pay and wrong pay-scale decided by NTPC in 2017 pay revision.this is not fair for all non-executive ( workman) who is working in NTPC.
