Despite the high prevalence of pain, it wasn’t linked to significant distress in patients with spine mets. Emotional symptoms like anxiety and fear had a much greater impact. Important implications for supportive care.

Some of the best surgeries we do is no surgery at all! It's great to work with an interdisciplinary team -working on lifestyle changes, specific injections, PT/OT, chiropractic care and the patient's back pain is resolved without surgery.
