Hi @coopuk as a member, can you tell me how best to recoup my losses from the random times that meal deal member discount is acknowledged but not applied at checkout? Might only be 35p difference, but it adds up over the weeks and months.
I’m confused @SamsungUK and @AmazonUK - bought a shiny new Amazon exclusive 32” G8 Odyssey monitor, which is great - when registering for the warranty, I get this warning - have I been sold a grey market unit???

Hi @Stagecoach_East currently on a 9A service, Stevenage to Bedford, and on the info dot matrix it says that the bus is going via Arseley (lol) rather than Arlesey - might need to do a spellcheck on that!
@Stagecoach_East Sure, no problem - it was the 1550hrs 9B service from Hitchin to Bedford, when it arrived it was shown as a 9A (via Arlesey) rather than the 9B (via Stondon) - I believe that the driver had the Mon-Fri timetable that he was working on, rather than the Saturday one…
Hi @Stagecoach_East - not only do you run only a half service on the 9A~D between Bedford and Stevenage on a Saturday but the bus I’m on is an A when it should be a B - no reason given - this is poor, means a four hour gap in service for Stondon / Henlow high street and Haynes.

Hi @TLRailUK do you truly find this acceptable as a TOC with a passenger charter that you’ve halved the service and then halve it again? - that is a two hour gap, for which you want the full cost of the ticket to be paid… where are contingencies?
@NewsHoundHero@TLRailUK@ASLEFunion@brightonprideuk With less than half a service (cancellation on top of reductions) it should be weekend (super off peak) fares that are charged (and credited back for season ticket holders) to reflect the actual service being offered.
