Gandi Mohamed aka Gandi Kediye pleaded guilty at the 11th hour to avoid his trial. Perhaps most significantly, his plea deal includes immunity from prosecution in any current investigation the feds are conducting against him. (He had received significant Medicaid reimbursements across several programs. I’ll have much more info on that soon.)

Yesterday, the Walz Administration told Minnesotans that "Quality Learing Center", featured prominently in @nickshirleyyy’s viral child care fraud video, had been shut down last week.

JUST HOURS LATER

Vans full of children were dropped off at the site, and according to the owner, they were open for business.

If the Walz Administration can’t get basic facts straight about which facilities are open or closed, why should anyone take them seriously about stopping fraud?
