@srijanshetty I've realized some people are energized by confrontation - then end up winning this game at the cost of everyone else, making it a negative sum game.
I, too, assume people are good by default. But I've been trying to get better at being loud, so I can use it when I'm refuted.

Recently ported my SIM to Jio. The executive who delivered my SIM asked me to pay INR199 for JioPrime, and told me it's 'mandatory.' Shrugged when I asked for proof, and refused to help me activate unless I paid him.
Please look into it.
