@normwilner this Is very easy to solve. First, get the shitty brains out of government and hire some qualified peeps, not quotas. Second, penalize to the tune of 40-60% any ‘Airbnb‘/ unoccupied residences. less than a 12 month lease should be taxed Like crazy! watch the city grow!
