@LionelAccount @jxnlco Generally I think you need around 3-5k+ stars. The project has to show merit, progress and that the community is interested. Otherwise they'd be handing them out like candy.

I've applied twice now with a FOSS project at 5 and 7k stars and haven't heard back.
