📈Could the Blue Wall fall in 2024?👀
Had a great time w/ the talented @EricShawn & insightful @DouglasESchoen breaking down the battle for the Blue Wall states. Here are highlights from my comments on @realDonaldTrump leading in our NEW Pennsylvania @AmericanPulse Poll (https://t.co/0xy44OeIHc)
The Bidens: the gift that keeps on giving.
Five months before the midterms, Jill Biden is dropping Democrats' biggest political liabilities back into the headlines.
Our polling after the 2024 Trump-Biden debate found that 61% of Americans believed the White House and media worked together to conceal Biden's cognitive decline.
The bigger problem for Democrats is that, on issue after issue, the party keeps reintroducing its worst hits.
In Texas, James "Trans" Talarico has everyone thinking about every Woke trope from the past decade.
Democrats are reinjecting Open Borders back into the debate with these manufactured ICE protests.
The latest Harvard-Harris poll shows immigration remains a top-three issue nationally. It's still one of Trump's strongest issue approvals, and 58% of voters now say Democrats stand for Open Borders, including majorities of Democrats and Independents.
The same poll shows that, despite high gas prices, voters trust Trump and Republicans over Congressional Democrats by six points on the economy. People still feel the pain of Biden-flation.
The fact voters still remember what Democrats had to offer during Biden's years is one of several reasons the much-hyped 2026 blue wave may end up looking more like a blue trickle.

🚨 NEW Political Trade Secrets: First in the South Politics: South Carolina’s 2026 Primaries, Trump, Redistricting, Murdaugh & the Road to 2028.
I am joined by @TheWillFolks, founding editor of South Carolina’s top political news outlet, @FITSNews, to break down the closing days of the 2026 South Carolina primaries, the Trump endorsement, the Henry McMaster JR. running-mate sick social media controversy, the growing blowback inside the GOP, and what it all means for the race for governor.

🚨 How is South Carolina not just a uni-party, but a uni-branch system?
South Carolina may look like a deep-red Republican state from the outside.
But @FITSNews editor @TheWillFolks says there’s a lot more to the story…

Jumped on @NEWSMAX’s National Report this morning to analyze last night’s results in the California Governor’s race, or at least the results we have right now.
Because this is California, and because of its messed up election system, it could be days, maybe weeks, before we know the final tally. Ballots can still arrive for days after the election, and California notoriously takes forever to count them.
But one thing is already clear: @SteveHiltonX outperformed expectations.
Whether Hilton holds his narrow lead or not, making the next round, and currently sitting in first, makes him unequivocally the biggest winner from primary night in California.
And Hilton proved something other candidates should study closely: talking about practical, meaningful quality-of-life issues is a winning message.
Thanks as always to @NEWSMAX’s National Report and hosts @E_D_Hill and @Tom_Basile for having me on.

🚨 What was the story that put FITSNews on the map… And every lawyer in South Carolina was reading in 2008?

BREAKING: Democrat Josh Turek and Republican Ashley Hinson won their primaries for U.S. Senate in Iowa and will compete for retiring Republican Sen. Joni Ernst’s seat in November. https://t.co/sEPs9obUFZ
BIZARRE: NH Democrat Stefany Shaheen refuses to answer if she endorses Graham Platner or if his conduct is acceptable.
Shaheen's staffer responds by repeatedly attacking the questioner with a donut.
WTF is wrong with Democrats? 🍩
🚨 What was the accident that led to the creation of FITSNews? Before it became South Carolina’s most influential political news outlet, it began with one accidental click.

Tonight on Finnerty, I was asked whether Spencer Pratt makes it past tomorrow’s election in the wild LA Mayor’s race.
Two of Olson’s Maxims for Strategy:
1. Follow the energy
2. 100% of communications is attention
Spencer Pratt gets both. Like Trump, he knows how to get attention, hold attention, and turn attention into persuasion.
That’s why he’s generating energy in this race and peaking at the right time.
The big question for Pratt—and for pollsters—is who actually shows up.
Is Pratt activating voters who have never voted in a June mayoral primary?
And can that energy outrun California’s ballot harvesting and the huge Democrat machine built to harvest those ballots?
In this case, it’s like the old joke about two guys who stumble upon a big bear.
Spencer Pratt doesn’t have to outrun the bear to take on Bass in November.
He just has to outrun Nithya Raman.
And I think he’s going to do it.
Thanks as always to @NEWSMAX and guest host @BillSpadea for having me.
I gauged @SteveHiltonX’s chances of making the next round today in California’s weird Jungle Primary system and assessed the fallout from the snowballing scandals gaining speed around fake oyster farmer Graham Platner in Maine this morning on @NEWSMAX’s Wake Up America.
Also, big race to watch in Los Angeles today. Check out the replies for the video of my take on Spencer Pratt’s cutting-edge campaign, his ability to turn attention into political energy, and whether it's enough for him to make it to November.
As always, great connecting with the talented team of @SharlaMcBride and @Marc_Lotter!
