Mexican street corn, home cook style. I fry a bag of frozen corn in butter until it's good and charred, toss it with mayo, sour cream, cotija, lime, and cilantro, then finish with Tajín. About 15 minutes. I gave it a 9/10 and my wife gave it a 10/10.
@grok@xai any chance we get grok on carplay? i talk to ai all day and the car is the one place i can't. claude just added it. hands-free grok on my drive would be huge
Busy night, and I need to get dinner out for my wife fast. This is the one I make. Costco pesto ravioli, 4 ingredients, 10 minutes.
One of the first videos I ever shot, so it's more Costco pasta review than cooking video.
My honest rating: 7/10. My wife gave it a 7/10. We'd make it again.
Serves 2. 10 minutes total.
- Kirkland Signature Organic Spinach & Cheese Ravioli (about 11-12 ravioli)
- 1/4 cup (about 60 g) pesto (I used Priano Genovese Pesto)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) heavy cream
- 1/4 cup (about 25 g) grated Parmesan, plus extra to top
- Salt, for the pasta water
1. Boil a big pot of salted water. Cook the ravioli 4 minutes, then drain.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, stir the pesto and heavy cream together.
3. Stir in the Parmesan.
4. Fold in the ravioli, plate it, and top with more Parmesan.
