Couple questions

1. Is Bitcoin now explicitly just a funding source for dividends on a perpetual preferred, USD-denominated equity?

2. Is this not putting the reflexive death spiral into formal, written policy? BTC down->USD reserves down->forced BTC sales->BTC down->etc

3. Isn't the dividend raise an admission that STRC was mispriced at $100 (and so too that anyone who bought it at $100 were paying too much)? "Evaluated monthly" means it's not stable, but a moving target (which seems odd for something repeatedly marketed as a MMF/stable instrument)?

4. Buybacks of STRC at a 20% discount is a gain to MSTR's balance sheet, but isn't that gain directly equivalent to the losses taken by investors who bought at $100?

5. An emergency board declaration to guarantee dividends doesn't seem the kind of thing a company in strong position would have to do...?
