@FlashEngineer @voipms It seems they are in total disarray in the backend and the frontend. At the very least, over a week into the problem, they should have robust call forwarding along with expediting number porting if clients cannot wait any longer.

and still major problems in the afternoon (est). Even the website is spotty.
@voipms We are in a cat and mouse situation. The treat actors are playing with https://t.co/zgov6FqLlu like a cat toying with a mouse - they don't have to totally bring the system down, just degrade the service and make it unreliable. A battle of attrition.
