@bankless @scupytrooples you mentioned alchemix is like doing a cash out refi on a property with tenants paying the mortgage. A property usually appreciates over time. Dai doesn't so your principle stays the same. Using Eth as collateral to mint alUSD would be the same though 🙂

@AriDavidPaul Because of the slashing mechanism in place, there wouldn't be a financial incentive to pull this off. If you check out the @bankless episode "Ultra Sound Money", Justin Drake goes into great detail on why Eth is unstoppable. Highly recommend it.
