@easyJet shocking customer service at Edinburgh airport last night after my partner missed her flight due to the A720 bypass being closed due to flooding. Was told ‘you should have left plenty of time for your journey’ which she did. No refund offered.

@AnytimeFitUK Hi,can I bring to your attention that the administration at your Chadwell Heath gym is absolutely shocking. I cancelled my membership via email on the 14/11 and as required paid my December monthly fee. I have now had a letter saying that I owe an amount of money
