Following the Kinshasa meeting between Ndayishimiye and Tshisekedi, drones have intensified their attacks, bombing hospitals, schools, and other basic infrastructure in Minembwe.

This afternoon, Thursday, June 25, 2026, drones belonging to these two men and their armed forces dropped four bombs on the Minembwe General Hospital. The images will show the destroyed pharmacy and burning medicines. They also dropped 12 bombs in Ilundu, enter alia on the Ilundu Institute.

Yesterday, Wednesday, June 24, 2026, drones belonging to these regimes bombed the Minembwe airfield runway and the general hospital once again.

Failing to capture and occupy Minembwe, the FARDC and FDNB, despite the encirclement and blockade that deprive the population of access to markets and basic necessities such as salt, sugar, and medicine, have decided to destroy hospitals, schools, churches, the airport, homes, and other infrastructure.

And what about yesterday's London Declaration of June 24th? Yet here you are, peddling smears, accusing M23, or Rwandan forces of the very crimes against humanity that your groups perpetrate?

Secondly, you really are pathetic, because you are such a poor liar. A better liar would avoid topics likely to be easily disproved.

A simple Google search tells everyone that fdlr is a terrorist, Congo-based group that has been killing innocent civilians for years, and perpetrating unspeakable atrocities for decades. A simple google search about fardc shows the Congolese army merely are bandits with guns, whose main ability is committing violent robberies, killing civilians and livestock, and raping.

M23 on the other hand are a movement that defends the rights of its people as native Congolese, who were left with no choice but to take up arms because Congolese tribalist regimes decided to discriminate against them, targeted them in ethic cleansing campaigns, and with hate speech (of which you, interahamwe apologist, have been a part).

When they captured Goma & Bukavu, they quickly transformed them into the best run region in the entire DRC; have put up functional infrastructure; have restored safety and security for everyone - all which is part of the reason you probably are smearing them.

You will never stop what they’ve started however.

Le bombardement d’un hôpital en temps de guerre est un crime de guerre.

C’est l’un des principes les plus clairs du Droit International Humanitaire, aussi appelé droit des conflits armés.

Conventions de Genève de 1949 ainsi que les Protocoles additionnels indiquent que : Les hôpitaux, ambulances, personnel médical et blessés sont protégés. Ils doivent être respectés et protégés en toutes circonstances.

L’art. 8 du Statut de Rome qui crée la CPI, ratifié par ́la RDC stipule ce qui suit :

« Diriger intentionnellement des attaques contre des hôpitaux et des lieux où sont rassemblés des malades et des blessés constitue un crime de guerre, que le conflit soit international ou non international.»

Le Principe de distinction exige que les belligérants doivent toujours distinguer entre civils/combattants et entre biens civils/objectifs militaires. Un hôpital est un bien civil protégé.

Le caractère grave du bombardement de cette cible protégée tient du fait que l’hôpital abrite des personnes déjà hors de combat : des blessés, des malades, des enfants, des femmes, des médecins.

Détruire un hôpital a un effet multicateur car, il s’agit de tuer directement et condamner tous les futurs blessés et malades faute de soins. L’impact dure des années.

Ces actes criminels engagent autant la Responsabilité individuelle que celle de l’État :

- Les commandants qui ordonnent ou les pilotes qui exécutent en sachant que c’est un hôpital peuvent être poursuivis devant les juridictions tant internationales que nationales.

- La Responsabilité de l’État-belligérant doit réparer et peut faire l’objet de sanctions internationales.

Des cas pratiques ont été notés récemment avec les bombardements d’hôpitaux en Syrie, au Yémen, en Ukraine et, maintenant, dans l’Est de la RDC.

La guerre a des règles. L’une des plus anciennes est : on ne touche pas à ceux qui soignent et à ceux qui sont soignés. Violer cette règle détruit la limite fragile entre conflit armé et barbarie.

Par ces bombardements, le régime dirigeant congolais actuel se comporte en barbare contre sa propre population qu’il prétend protéger. Il devra en répondre.

#RDC: Le PPRD relance ses activités et exige la libération de ses cadres

Le Parti du Peuple pour la Reconstruction et la Démocratie (PPRD) a tenu, ce mercredi 24 juin 2026 à Kinshasa, une réunion politique de ses cadres afin d'évaluer la situation sociopolitique du pays et de réaffirmer ses positions sur les grandes questions nationales.

À l'issue de cette rencontre, les participants ont renouvelé leur opposition à toute initiative visant à changer la Constitution de la République démocratique du Congo. Le parti a également rejeté toute perspective d'un troisième mandat ou d'une présidence à vie de Monsieur Félix Tshisekedi.

Selon la synthèse des travaux, le PPRD maintient sa ligne politique en faveur du respect de l'ordre constitutionnel, de l'alternance démocratique en 2028, de la liberté d'expression ainsi que de la protection des droits humains et exige la libération immédiate et sans condition de ses cadres.

La réunion a également marqué le lancement d'une série d'activités politiques destinées à sensibiliser l'opinion publique sur les enjeux liés à la gouvernance démocratique et au respect de la Constitution.
