Constant outages ALL the time for even the slightest thing. This is the 2nd long outage within a week. They disable replies and now they won't even answer the phone. Great!

@lawrence_rios @MrCoombzy Yeah I personally didn't try that change shipping speed method but I have seen it recommended a few times. Changing the payment method worked for me though. Went from my credit card to my debit card, 2 days later I received it. Might be hit or miss though

@ricanking6 @lawrence_rios @dis_pops Change your payment method. That's what someone else suggested and I changed my payment method on amazon and 2 days later it arrived. I just received mine yesterday. It was stuck showing May 18th for the longest time before that. Give it a try

@SwiftNinjaFox @Zeus_GuitarLord @Wario64 I'm in southern california and the method I've found that has worked for both the Xbox and the ps5 is using a zip code from another state (I'm from Texas) and select a store out there. Shortly afterwards you can go to your order details and switch the pick up location

Luke, use that link they provided and make sure you do the additional steps required for the switch. The link is on there and it redirects you elsewhere to do so. After doing that I was able to claim the rewards with no issues

@RL_Support I'm trying to redeem the twitch prime loot for my Nintendo switch but I keep getting an error 102 message and I'm in an endless loop of "logging in." Never had an issue redeeming loot from twitch prime before until now

@RL_Support Did all the troubleshooting again. Still, nothing. Constant crashing and what do you know...more bans, penalties and demotions. An update to fix all of this would be helpful. I won't be playing this game anymore until it's fixed. This is a joke.
