@JackRMCaldwell hopefully you can help, this hole on the westside of the bike lane at Elm Row has now had his missing drain cover for over 3 (yes three) years. I've reported to @edinhelp several times but nothing ever happens. Can you apply pressure before someone is hurt please?

@edinhelp @JackRMCaldwell Hi Gayle, you passed it to the trams team three years ago, and it's still an issue. Rather than having it bounce around between then and CEC for another 3 years, can't you just get the roads people to fix it?
