@hollowloch@magicmadhouse There’s a lot of rumors that Gen 3 is getting the white flare/black bolt treatment in January after the 30th set/rayquaza set. A Ruby/sapphire where every Hoenn pokemon is getting an IR
@peine_joe@SleeperMLBTwins His FIP is fine at 4.30, currently 44th in the AL. Which is right in line with a mid rotation starter. xERA also 3.78, 27th in the AL
Just because he’s not throwing insane gas, doesn’t mean he’s not a productive starter. And well above replacement level
My big news: I've left The Athletic because they wanted me to stop covering the Twins.
I refused to give up my dream, so I'm betting on myself and returning to my independent roots.
I need your support to make it work. Join me and let's do this together: https://t.co/osUsyR3GwG
@sundoglighting@JohnLanoVoice I think for both Culpepper and Jenkins, half a season at AAA should be the minimum. There shouldn’t be much rush with these guys. ERod needs to be up as soon as he’s ready post thumb. Sadly should’ve been brought up before the injury and send Wallner down
@greggtmasterson Yeah and I would say Kepler had a very good career considering his prospect profile. Kepler had almost 2 WAR every single season in Minnesota outside of Covid. People don’t wanna hear this but in terms all prospects, that’s like a 85-90th percentile outcome
@SleeperMLBTwins Calling a lot of these guys “high end talents” is also stretching the truth a bit. Royce and Kirilloff the only guys who were consistent T100 prospects and both of them had significant unfortunate/unlucky injuries impact development
@greggtmasterson Royce is also similar to Kirilloff that at some point injuries take a toll and he had multiple significant injuries impact prime development times
Most of that list also wouldn’t be classified as “high end talent”. Royce and Kirilloff were the only consistent T100 prospects…
@jcgo39@kylebandujo People forget he was on the ballot during the steroid player logjam. And baseball writers are only allowed to vote for 10 players on their ballot. He got squeezed out due to the overload of guys like
Bonds/clemens lingering so long
