@Christi47656168 @toobbroadband Hi Christine, our start w/Toob was very rocky to say the least, not the best impression. However we've been with them for 2 years & usually it's absolutely fine + it's fast when it does. Just don't expect much from their CS team when issues do arise! Communication is terrible!

@toobbroadband as everyone else is pointing out, CS lines are constantly engaged, no holding message with any info. My impacted area has already been kindly listed by someone else. No updates online either on the website or X, stock response only... VERY poor CS service indeed.
