@Hermesparcels very frustrating to be told the delivery driver has had an issue getting to the delivery address. Conflicting info via customer helpline ๐ก still no parcel and no idea where it is now. Shocking service.
@AskNationwide AWFUL customer service, sent a letter which doesnโt even make grammatical sense, passed through 5 departments when trying to make a final payment.
