Hi @edwardcxie! I'm currently doing some research on how marginalized groups have been predominately effected during the pandemic and would love to get your opinion
Look at this interesting Ted Talk regarding marginalized groups https://t.co/3tANhw3KRo - " Every seven minutes a black person dies prematurely in the US. That is over 200 black people who would not die if the health of black and whites were equal"
If you have any comments about this topic please feel from to direct message me or search " covid marginalization" in the twitter search bar for more interesting statistics and facts!
Possible Solutions to marginalized groups being ostracized during the pandemic are 1. better policies and regulations 2. priority access to vaccinations and proper medical treatments
Society is facing two pandemics: health and inequality. The pandemic has made it prevalent that health inequalities exist in marginalized groups and we, as a society, need to think of a solution.
An interesting article from Public Health Ontario that addresses the health inequalities that have occurred during the pandemic. It shines light on the racial and ethic disparities that were surfaced and how to move forward as a society. #EM203Problems

After 3 weeks in this course, I have really enjoyed the tasks so far! It is very cool to see how students can absorb information in a variety of ways and are able to look at simple tasks in a broader perspective. Looking forward to the rest of the semester. #EM203Robin
@dani__gooding Hi Dani! As a person who tends to constantly multi-task I also found this experiment really interesting. Moving forward in this semester Iโm going to try and focus on one task at a time to see if that improves my performance.
@EM203Varma Great to hear, Ansh! I agree that understanding the variety of ways students can absorb information is interesting - looking forward to the rest of the semester as well!
The first three weeks of this course have been very interesting and enjoyable #EM203Robin! The lessons have provided me new insight into the importance and impact that digital communication has on learning. Iโm looking forward to learning more throughout the semester!
