سریع ترین و محتمل ترین راه برداشتن پاز پرونده class action هست!
با توجه به آپدیت امروز پرونده Doe vs. Trump که قاضی Burroughs به برداشتن موقت پاز برای مدعیان پرونده که تعدادیشون هم ایرانی هستن میشه به رای مثبت دادگاه برای پرونده class action خیلی امیدوار بود!
راهش هم مشخصه، باید از ACLU درخواست کنیم پرونده class action رو به عهده بگیره، از طریق فرم زیر:

همین پرونده فعلی هم خوبه ولی فقط اون ۱۰۰ نفر مدعی رو cover میکنه و به درد بقیه نمیخوره. کنگره رو هم که فراموش کنید، با اکثریت جمهوری خواه الان به ۶۰ رای سنا نمیرسیم. انتخابات ۲۰۲۸ هم که ۳ سال دیگه ست و خیلی از ما تا اون موقع کارمون تموم شده. class action تنها راهیه که هم سریعه هم همه رو با هم cover میکنه.
