Rant: I’m sick and tired of all the golf Twitter grifters that DM and act like pals just trying to get on a golf course. Then as soon as you can’t help them, they peace out. Most don’t bother saying thanks. Most don’t bother telling you they’re in town for other reasons or playing with someone else. Most of the people I have played with don’t say thanks or bring a token of appreciation. What they do do is make a click bait humble brag pseudo-thank you post to the affect of “Great day at top 100 course with so and so. What a great host!” So predictable. Yawn. Rant over.
@golfcourses101 It depends. If it's in GB&I or designed by a template architect, we love it!
If it's anywhere else or designed but a no-name, it's hokey.
I don’t mind my 401K. Let’s see:
-I can deduct 401K contributions from my annual taxable income (taxed at 35%)
-My employer annually contributes about $20,000 into my account tax free
-That’s 30K of free money annually.
-Growth is tax sheltered until withdrawals occur
-Careful but simple planning will allow withdrawals at a lower tax rate.
-I can withdrawal if I must
@uncledoomer This isn’t even the best live version of Pumped Up Kicks. The Letterman version is next level.
That entire “Torches” album is loaded with excellence.
