💡Consider OTSC as first line 🔦 therapy if:
✅Active peptic ulcer bleeding (Forrest 1a/1b) + any of:
✳️ Ulcer >2cm 📏
✳️ Visible vessel >2mm 📏
✳️ Excavated / Fibrotic ulcer 🕳
✳️ High risk location (e.g. gastroduodenal, L gastric arteries) 📍👇
