@MrDpasion @amburkoed For me, it will start with listening and having circles to monitor well-being. It will be a classroom without behavioral reward systems, but not without reward. Above all, it will be a classroom rich with discussions that mold lesson plans not the other way around. #ElonEd

YOU GUYS I let my students turn in a project in any format they wanted and one did a 35 minute long podcast and it was SO GOOD and they were so interested in the topic and you could hear it in their voice and it was a JOY to grade it and ahhhhhh ♥️♥️♥️

@amburkoed @MrDpasion Empathy is a gateway to making informed decisions in the classroom. Without it, educators don't realize the benefits of assigning seats, providing multiple learning mediums, listening to student voice and caring for students beyond their academic success. #ElonEd

@MrDpasion While, there's a lot of power in the action of carrying ourselves positively, it's equally as important to use those qualities to promote differentiated learning. If a method doesn't produce changes, persevere, try something new. To say, "well I tried" is not good enough. #ElonEd
