@GiadaSebastiani @Gut_BMJ I think that the effect on weight was mainly mediated by the carbs restriction, which was significantly higher in patients in the MED and green-MED groups compared to the HDG group (29.8% and 27.9% vs. 14%, p=0.003) (supplemental results 1).
