@FitbitSupport The plastic nub that sticks out from the actual Fitbit (and into which the band attaches) has broken, making the device unwearable. It's not the band itself, it's the wide, black plastic nub that slips into the removable watch band that has broken. Charge 4

@FitbitSupport every since the time change Sunday, my Fitbit basically erased all previous data linking to other apps. It also only gives me a streak from Sunday. I had almost a 30 day streak now it says 4 day streak.

@WHRSupport had many issues with my stay in Daytona. A rep reached out to me but I missed a few calls and now she won’t reply. I’ve left messages, sent emails, and I get no response. Great way to assist your customers.

@VZWSupport Service not working today. Barely works on WiFi. Buying a new phone through you was a joke. It works worse than my 3 year old phone. Ironically was sent a survey about my service that I can’t even complete bc I don’t have service to do it!!!
