@foundmyfitness Sounds great... save for all of us that need to work overnight. Finding the correct formula for blocking the morning light while still driving home safely and building fake dusk and dawn lights to program our circadian rhythms is an art. Many of us are in the dark ...
@nickcap3333@SamaHoole I don't know about @SamaHoole but I don't use creatine for muscle growth, I just use it for brain health and dealing with sleep deprivation. I work the night shift and it is a life changer. Also help on my long haul flight days.
@kelltee@MakisMedicine I been to india many times. I taken many meds there. QC is good much better then the Chinese sourced generics we get in the states.
@WallStreetApes This is how it was sold to me when I was in public office. We never even got a chance to vote on them. The local police chief just called as a courtesy so i would be read in.

@bennyjohnson@naomirwolf I moved to the DMV just before the election and change of admissions the change is noted. When I talk to my friends from MA about this most just change topics.
I went to school for software and never built anything practical in over 20 years, save some basic SQL calls. Now I can connect apps in ways that are truly useful and automate workflows. It is actually better than hiring a copy editor, VA, webmaster, and system admin, and it costs less than two hours of my pay.
Sometimes if I spec the project out well, I get something working my first try.

@SBakerMD Any programmer knows the flaw of inserting unknown code into a production system. DNA is genetic code. I will be the last person to edit my DNA a small improvement that can safely be bested via diet and lifestyle.
