Senator Ted Cruz is calling on Trump to recognize @Somaliland as an independent state based on its brief 1960 borders. He doesn't even seem to realize that Hargeisa hasn't been in control of a large part of that territory, which Somalia now recognizes as North Eastern State, since the end of August 2023.
