It’s been a busy week at conference. Delegates have attended to discuss the future for pay and pay reform. The regional committee meets in June to review the decisions and move forward
Today is International Workers’ Memorial Day. The union movement comes together to remember those who lost their lives because of their job, and recommit ourselves to the fight for safety.

In a budget report by Beds Fire, they stated: “37% of respondents supported the increase, with therefore 63% not supporting it”, so they increased it anyway. Make of that framing what you will.
