@EricVulgaris Streamed or private, there are so many different ways a game can be enjoyed by different people that I'd hesitate to pin any one skill as the supreme GMing skill, besides just the skill of communicating and aligning with your players, or identifying your own strengths and flaws.

@EricVulgaris To me, the most important thing is to have some aspect of the game you're excited about executing on and making sure the players can care about it. It could be charismatic narration/acting, mastery and challange, deep lore, intense player agency, a living world...

@jon_jeckell @nyrath Whenever a star trek game or mod faithfully builds an lcars based UI I groan a little for this reason. It was made to be seen in medium-wide shots on SD TVs, not actually used.

@HealthPakStream The downward push on indie game prices, both tt and videa, is consistently disappointing and depressing for me. I can kinda get the economic forces behind it, but I still don't love it.

Accountability is vital.
Silently accepting the status quo is just as political as not.
Donate, volunteer, speak out, vote. I'm not an expert on how to do any of these best, but they should be done.
