@kylenabecker Minor point of correction. Command Sergeant Major and Sergeant Major are both E9. CSM is a Sergeant Major of a certain size or larger command. Whereas subordinate commands each have Sergeant Major. E8 in the Army is a Master Sergeant (MSG).
