@alexforbes__ I always assume it will cost 200 bucks to have a guy show up in the driveway with a truck full of tools he knows how to use. Any work, or parts is on top of that. It’s an easy metric and keeps things in perspective.

@mu2myoc I am in rentals. I get 30 calls a week. You MUST lead with a number- and it has to be big enough to keep someone who gets 30 calls a week from hanging up. “Would you take 235,000 for 123 smith street?”
