@Wickes I contact customer service with photo evidence that my whole order has not been delivered. Response is “Courier confirmed 2/2 was delivered”. So the Courier is right? And I sit here having paid for something so haven’t received!
@monzo appreciate the controls and security. But the unrelenting inability to make payments and do transactions with the Monzo digital 🚓👮♀️ stopping them is souring the experience.
@HomeAffairsSA please can you advise if the Department of Home Affairs at South African High Commission in the UK is having issues with replying to emails?
@monzo I might be missing something but for a savings account with no withdrawals, surely the amount earned since Feb should be more than the amount since March?
