I received a call today that stripped us of $300-500k in annual sales.
A $15M/year General Contractor in our area made a decision to bring cabinetry in house.
The owner called me, first time I had ever spoken directly with him.

@BigCommerceDevs As merchants look to save on TCO and migration costs, headless can give powerful functionality and agility. Granted, headless can be more expensive to develop but it gives longevity and flexibility.
