Hey @cromaretail . We bought an MS Surface Go 2 on 19th May from SouthEx store. It heats up unusually even after light usage. We visited your store but to no avail. Have been raising repeated service requestS on your portal which your teal closes either w/o even calling me or without resolving.
We want to return the product, but your team keeps on redirecting us to Microsoft while we were assured full support/service from Croma at the time of purchase. Didn't know a Tata group company has resorted to mis-selling.
