Bullard Law appears to no longer be CSE’s legal counsel!

The Union is in communication with CSE’s new legal counsel and are working towards mutually acceptable terms for voluntary recognition - we will provide an update at the conclusion of these negotiations.

Today, we thought we would be having our election hearing before the National Labor Relations Board, but instead we are indefinitely delayed because Bullard Law & CSE filed a "blocking charge" against us on June 17th, & challenged the eligibility of another union member.
