@suchnerve …..while surgical malabsorption may not be present, organic differences leading to lesser absorption may already be present. My late wife died as a direct result of thiamine deficiency. It will mostly be mis diagnosed/ gaslit as ‘mental health’ quality nutrition is important.

@suchnerve As someone who had a duodenal switch 19 years ago, and has seen the consequences of Bariatric surgery hit exponentially more those where divergence is a factor , I massively worry this will happen in bigger numbers with glp1 and deficiencies……

@suchnerve @daedaewankenobi ….feature for me amongst others. I’m limited to mostly home charging by cost . I appreciate that’s a uk perspective. If cost wasn’t extortionate charging on the road then I’d have completely worry free driving.

@suchnerve @daedaewankenobi Physically having them exist is one thing, being able to use them is another. No shortage of chargers in the uk either, but the cost and issues around accessibility in the uk is a massive limiting factor. Hence why the range of ioniq 6 was one really important….

@suchnerve Ioniq 6 has made such a massive difference to me. As well ad the efficiency, the tech is like adaptations that just come with the car. It would make a massive difference if manufacturers aimed to include more and more smart assistive tech….
