built a claude code skill that generates vertical AI UGC videos
is it perfect? no. you can tell it's AI.
but it took 30 minutes and cost $3.60
the stack:
• nano banana — image gen
• seedance — video gen
• elevenlabs — voice + music
• hyperframes — scene stitching
word-by-word captions + music bed + brand callouts, all baked in and seed-locked so your character doesn't drift across cuts
a year ago this wasn't possible. now it's a weekend project

Expanding on the thermostat analogy…
I like to work backwards from a goal I have in mind
(say 1000 signups every week for @agenticworkers as an example)
I figure out what needs to be true for this to happen -> X amount of visits at Y% conversion rate
That becomes my agents NORTHSTAR
So now my crons / heartbeats follow this general structure…
while reality < NORTHSTAR:
do_something()
Like a thermostat.
Definitely not perfect but it’s been helping me autonomously build / optimize my revenue factory
how to get 80% of the way to AGI
> install Hermes (@NousResearch )
> have Hermes interview you and create a NORTHSTAR.MD
(don’t half-ass this an autonomous ai agent is just a fancier thermostat)
> connect your tools with @composio and audit your business against the North Star
> have Hermes get to fucking work
80% complete

How to brute force your time back if you work a 9-5
> get every task assigned to you in the last 18 months.
> classify the 20% of tasks that eat 80% of your time.
> create a skill for each and run them on a schedule
works like a charm.

@trq212 man, memes aside, people actively want to pay you to use their CC in openclaw. that's my #1 usecase right now (this applies to many ppl)
hell i'll pay for a few more $200 subs if you let me. but the moment i get banned for using my cc max elsewhere i'm done with antrhopic.
