With Head Start news dominating the headlines and the threat of funding cuts on the horizon, we asked voters how they feel about Head Start.

We found that support for Head Start is strong across the political spectrum: Four out of five (79%) voters say they support Head Start, including:

✅73% of Republicans
✅74% of Trump voters
✅76% of Independents
✅86% of Democrats

Eliminating Head Start is a truly awful idea. Educating America's kids is the most important thing we can do to make America competitive, and this will set back millions of preschoolers. It will also pull parents out of the workforce if they can't afford daycare.
