Elba by @kolsetu handles many types of calls where u can’t even think of!
This particular workflow was only designed to handle certain scenarios(v1) for initial demo - but phone number of the workflow was in hands of ~12yr old and he was pranking and playing with AI as in it was real human behind phone!!!
See the results yourself😮💨
They are cooking @reserveprotocol
plsssss give us a #DTF that will reach thousands of people and will have a TVL of 100mios 😇
Sincerely,
A $RSR believer from the first day
.@reserveprotocol just renamed #DTF from
“Decentralized Token Folio”
→
“Decentralized Token Fund”
Small rebrand. Bigger signal
“Fund” maps directly to structures institutions already operate in index funds, money market funds, yield funds.
“Folio” required a translation step. “Fund” doesn’t
This is how #crypto closes the gap with #tradfi not through whitepapers, but through language
New big DTF from @reserveprotocol is on the way 👀 let’s hope it play out well this time and we get a nice chart 🤑
$RSR to 0.06$ 🫡 journey starts soon ⏳
A researcher found critical Windows zero-days.
Reported them to Microsoft.
Microsoft denied the bug bounty.
Deleted their account.
Banned them from GitHub.
Then threatened criminal charges.
The researcher dropped six zero-days in six weeks.
Three got used in real attacks within days.
Other researchers are now handing them free vulnerabilities as a gift.
Microsoft’s Digital Crimes Unit is considering legal action.
Against the person whose bugs they refused to pay for.
This is Microsoft’s bug bounty program.
🇨🇿 Czech Republic: https://t.co/91XpXpA4ju Customer and CRM Dataset Allegedly Offered for Sale
* A threat actor is advertising a dataset allegedly originating from T-Mobile Czech Republic (https://t.co/9jq8yPMsLE)
* The listing claims to contain approximately 387,000 records
* Advertised customer data includes email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, dates of birth, customer segmentation data, loyalty program identifiers, CRM ownership details, lead scores, and communication preferences
* The seller also claims the dataset contains mobile order records, including device models, contract details, billing information, shipping addresses, activation dates, warranty information, and IMEI-related fields
* Additional records allegedly include customer support ticket data and interaction history
* The dataset is being offered on an underground forum for approximately $1,000 with escrow services available
Analyst Note:
Telecommunications providers remain high-value targets because customer records can be leveraged for phishing, account takeover attempts, SIM-swap reconnaissance, identity fraud, and targeted social engineering campaigns. If authentic, the combination of CRM data, subscriber information, device records, and support interactions would provide threat actors with a detailed view of customer relationships and account activity. The authenticity of the dataset and the claimed source remain unverified.

🇨🇿 Czech Republic: https://t.co/qkVtJjMRPA Business Contact Database Allegedly Offered for Sale
* A threat actor is advertising a dataset allegedly originating from https://t.co/qkVtJjMRPA, one of the Czech Republic's major business directory platforms
* The listing claims to contain approximately 462,000 records
* Advertised contact data includes company names, full names, email addresses, phone numbers, mobile numbers, website URLs, LinkedIn profiles, job titles, departments, and communication preferences
* The seller also claims the dataset contains customer order records and support ticket information associated with businesses and contacts
* Additional fields allegedly include customer interaction history, lead source information, language preferences, newsletter subscriptions, and privacy consent records
* The dataset is being marketed on an underground forum for approximately $1,100 with escrow services offered
Analyst Note:
Business directory and B2B contact databases are frequently abused for large-scale phishing, business email compromise (BEC), invoice fraud, and targeted social engineering campaigns. Even when records primarily contain public-facing business information, aggregated datasets enriched with contact histories, support interactions, and organizational roles significantly increase their value to threat actors. The authenticity of the dataset and whether it originated from a direct compromise or another source remain unverified.

A real thing that happens when you build voice AI:
You test it in normal conditions.
Then you test it with background noise.
Then someone switches language.
Then the live demo environment behaves nothing like your desk setup.
Voice AI is not built only in clean rooms.
It is built through messy tests, edge cases, accents, interruptions, noisy environments, and multilingual conversations.
Every one of those moments makes the product better.
Global Assistance, part of Vienna Insurance Group, runs 24/7 emergency assistance across the Czech Republic with a fleet of about 700 rescue vehicles.
Elba now supports inbound emergency calls, dispatch workflows, paperwork, and follow-ups across languages.
Over 70% of these tasks are handled end-to-end without a human touching them.
That is what we mean by AI workforce.
Not a chatbot.
Not a phone assistant that creates more work.
A system that helps complete the job.
Conference chaos is real.
Too many booths.
Too many sessions.
Too many “we should catch up later” moments.
So for DMEA, we built a version of Elba that people could actually call for help navigating the event.
A small example of what we believe:
AI should make human connection easier, not replace it.
Building Kolsetu is teaching us this: the best automation is not the one that does everything. It’s the one that removes just enough friction so humans can make better decisions.
AI agents won’t become useful just because they are smarter.
They become useful when customers can reach them where they already are.
That’s why we’re working on WhatsApp connectivity for Kolsetu agents.
Create an agent -> connect WhatsApp -> let users chat/call without changing behavior.
Distribution is UX.
During our DMEA launch prep, one piece of feedback changed the page:
“The phone number is the whole point.”
Simple, but correct.
If the experience is “Call Elba,” the page should not make people search for how to call.
So we moved the number above the fold, made it tappable on mobile, and built the page around the action.
Good product marketing often comes down to this:
Make the next step obvious.
1/ Small teams don’t beat large companies by copying their roadmap.
They win by staying closer to real customer failures and fixing them faster.
A real example from our Global Assistance work:
@kolsetu And while I love compliance, GDPR and most of the things about it, everything that involves PHI does send shivers down my back.
Working on getting better but yeah, PHI is the heavy weight world championship of compliance.
@kolsetu No, not really. I think I just struggle more with banking and insurance companies then with healthcare so my mind drifted over there and saw the raw potential of Elba outside of healthcare.
Oh, and I hate PHI compliance. PII is bad enough, PHI can be a nightmare.
