An Israeli startup just gave every doctor on earth the ability to read a cardiac ultrasound like a cardiologist. The company is called AISAP. And most people have never heard of them.

Right now, reading a cardiac ultrasound requires a cardiologist. The cardiologist has a waiting list. The echo lab has a queue. The patient waits days. Sometimes weeks. In Ghana, where there are fewer than 30 cardiologists for 35 million people, the wait doesn't exist because the cardiologist doesn't exist. Up to 6% of everyone over 65 walks into an ER today with undetected valve disease and goes home without a diagnosis.

AISAP takes a standard bedside ultrasound, runs it through AI trained on 24 million echo video clips, and hands any doctor a cardiologist-level report in five minutes. The FDA cleared it in August 2024. Tests at Mass General Brigham showed their results matched a team of three cardiologists, more consistently than any single cardiologist alone. In a prospective study, AISAP changed the care pathway for 1 in 3 patients scanned. One in three.

A 39-year-old woman came into an ER three weeks after a C-section with chest pain. She was being discharged. Her last echo was normal. AISAP found her heart pumping less than a third of what it needed to survive. She didn't go home.

Born at Sheba Medical Center by a team of Unit 8200 veterans and cardiologists who couldn't walk away from a broken system. Validated at Mayo Clinic, Mass General Brigham, Thomas Jefferson, and Stanford. Now deployed across U.S. health systems and in Ghana. The former director of the Mossad joined their Strategic Board. Tamir Pardo doesn't back things that don't work.

This is only the cardiac platform. Kidney disease, aortic aneurysm, blood clots, pneumonia, all in development. One probe. Any doctor. Anywhere on earth.

So to everyone boycotting Israeli technology, genuine question. If this could catch your mother's failing heart before she gets sent home from the ER, are you going to check where it was built first? Didn't think so.

Shoutout to the team at AISAP. They left the army and went to war on a different front. The one where the enemy is a waiting list and the casualty is the patient who goes home not knowing.

What they gave the world is the ability to provide critical diagnoses anywhere, anytime, without the need for a dedicated expert. A paradigm shift that could save countless lives.

I’ve thought long and hard about this topic and my conclusion is definitive.

The thing is, we are so deep in the devastation of the war and the dark day that started it, that we can’t see clearly what is really happening.

When I grew up hearing about how multiple Arab armies attacked Israel and somehow, time and time again, Israel came out victorious, it always boggled my mind. How on earth did this tiny little country fight those massive armies and win?

It felt like a fairy tale to me.

But not anymore.

What Israel has faced over these past ten months would have been the end of any country, of any nation. But not Israel.

Not only have we withstood aggression from Gaza, Judea and Samaria, Iran, Yemen, Lebanon, and Syria, not only have we withstood the diplomatic pressure coming from all directions including South Africa, Ireland, Canada, the UK, and so many others, not only have we withstood the isolation so many organizations are trying to put us in including the UN, the ICC, Amnesty, and the list goes on and on; but we are winning! Against all odds.

It’s almost impossible to comprehend but again, this microscopic dot on the map, is showing the world what the Jewish people are capable of.

I know it doesn’t feel like it some days. But you need to take a few steps back. You need to look at the situation objectively.

Every single life that we lose is an entire world and a national tragedy. There is no denying that.

But we also can’t forget the unexplainable events that have transpired in this war.

Look at the casualty numbers. They make zero sense.

Want to talk about Hamas? We just assassinated their top dog and guess what. They can’t do a thing about it. We’ve crushed their military capabilities.

Muhammad Deif, gone. Haniyeh, gone. There is only one more person left there at the top, Sinwar, and he’s either dead in some tunnel somewhere or will be soon.

Hamas still holds out hostages. That’s true. But that’s all they have. That’s their last chip. It’s a strong chip and we’ll do whatever we have to do to get them back. But let’s not confuse our deep desire to bring them home with the fact that we are winning and Hamas is as close to done as it’s ever been.

They can fire a rocket here and a rocket there. They will do it from anywhere so it’s easy for them. But they are done. They know it. We know it. The world knows it.

We have defeated Hamas.

Iran? Sure, we are all scared with what’s to come but that night? That miraculous night? I can’t even imagine how embarrassing that must have been for them.

Although that night pales in comparison to the embarrassment they felt when Israel took out someone as important as Haniyeh on their soil! He was a guest. A dignified guest. Their job was to host and protect him. They failed. And make no mistake, it’s eating them up inside.

You think they’re threatening to attack because they loved Haniyeh so much? They couldn’t care less. But what they can’t accept is Israel embarrassing them like that, not once, but twice.

As for the north, sure, Hezbollah is making us bleed. There is no denying that. But let’s not forget that Nasrallah famously said in the Lebanon war that if he had known Israel was going to hit him so hard, he would never have started it.

Well, he didn’t forget what we did to him last time.

I don’t know what will be and what the next few days will bring but I do know one thing.

We are winning and we will continue to win until we achieve complete victory, which means the total dismantlement of Hamas, every one of our hostages back, and the complete removal of the threat on our border. Gaza will no longer pose a threat.

Victory also means making Nasrallah pay. Or I should say making him continue to pay. We know where he is and we know what we need to do and when. This isn’t a question of if. It’s a question of when. When will we take him out? The answer? When we want to.

You think Nasrallah isn’t personally affected by every single one of his buddies at the top being taken out by Israel? He knows his days are numbered and he’s terrified.

He is a big talker and we should not dismiss his words, but what we have here are indeed a lot of evil countries attacking our small little country. But those countries? We’ve shown each and every one of them what we are capable of. They can play it tough as if they were not put to shame over there in Yemen. They can talk a big game but they know very well what Israel can and will do to them if they cross the line.

It’s true that we have a lot of diplomatic enemies in the world. But we also have friends. We have countries who have, and will continue to stand by us and have our backs.

America has sent over endless ships, weapons, ammo, and more. They have said very clearly that they’ll have our back. We can’t depend on it but we do know that it’s there if we need it.

The same is true for other countries including Germany who seems to have learned the lesson not to stand on the wrong side of history.

The following days will most likely be painful. Prepare yourself. But this war will end soon and it’ll end with a complete and total victory for Israel. Our enemies will be no more. What was will not be. We will come out stronger and the world will remember what the IDF is capable of and they will see clearly that The Big Boss is in our corner.

Everything Jewish scripture said will happen, has happened. Things we could not even fathom just one year. If all of those things came true, the rest will also come true, and the promise that we will come out victorious will come to fruition.

‘Am Yisrael Chai’ is not just an empty phrase. It’s a historical reality. They are all gone and we are here, stronger than ever.

Folks, we’re deep in it, so it’s hard to believe, but we know how this plays out and the bottom line is, sooner, rather than later, we will dance again! 🇮🇱
