Despite decades and trillions spent, outcomes are still falling short. The status quo has failed our students—and this administration is demanding better.

This is straightforward. We must opt-in to the Education Freedom Tax Credit that will provide scholarship grants to help give parents and students real choices. Whether it’s tuition assistance to get out of a failing school, receiving tutoring tailored to student needs, or accessing specific support for special education and disability services, this should be a no-brainer to add this resource to our academic tool box.

It’s a powerful step toward putting students and parents first, giving them more freedom, more options, and the tools every child needs to thrive and succeed.

Thats why Governor Whitmer needs to opt-in. To stand with students and families and use this resource to provide a brighter future for every Michigan student.
