🚨 DRISCOLL’S WHISTLEBLOWER SPEAKS OUT ABOUT PESTICIDE OVERUSE ON BERRIES

David Harada was Driscoll’s Manager of Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance. His job was to make sure the berries families were buying met pesticide safety standards.

Now he is blowing the whistle.

Harada says he began finding problems with pesticide over-application on Driscoll’s growers’ crops and repeatedly brought his concerns to management.

But according to his lawsuit, instead of asking how they could fix the problem, a director asked whether the company had “plausible deniability.”

Harada also said that Driscoll’s removed pesticide compliance safeguards from its internal system — safeguards designed to make sure enough time passed between pesticide application and harvest so residues could break down.

He says he continued raising concerns and ultimately faced retaliation.

This is why Moms Across America continues to insist that food safety cannot be left to corporations to police themselves.

Berries are some of the most frequently consumed foods by our children. Our children are eating berries drenched in pesticides that are over the already too high safety limits set by our EPA.

This spine tingling moment just happened at the Sen. Johnson Hospital Protocols Hearing.

I can understand exactly why the room erupted.

Here’s an attorney with 50 years experience.

At the start of covid, he gets flooded with requests to make Hospitals give early treatment protocols.

But the result of his work is the part really blew my mind.

95.8% of the cases he won ,to force the Hospital to administer Ivermectin. Survived.

That’s not education. That’s a factory for dependents.

Bring back shop class. Home economics. Personal finance. Nutrition. Farming. Welding. Cooking. Changing a tire. Balancing a checkbook.

A kid who can feed themselves, fix something, and keep a roof over their head is a lot harder to control than a kid who only knows how to fill out a form and wait for the next program.

The system doesn’t want independent adults. It wants obedient slaves.

Parents if the school won’t teach it, you will. You need to.

Our children deserve self sufficiency and knowledge.

We just rolled out the red carpet for ANOTHER lawsuit on your dime.

A3496 tells state agencies to increase certain contracts awarded to women and minority-owned businesses by 30% in five years, then makes agencies report on their “progress” every 30 days.

The Majority gave a concrete number of contracts to hit and a report due every 30 days... but no worries! They called this a “good-faith effort.” Do they think getting cute with the wording makes the Equal Protection Clause go away?

Here’s another gem: women and minority business owners told the state’s own disparity study they struggle to FIND contracting opportunities. The obvious answer is to make those opportunities clear and easy to find.

Instead, this bill focuses on contracts awarded WITHOUT advertisement. So what’s the actual plan here? Are agencies now supposed to give women & minority-owned businesses a wink and a heads-up...and then what? We’re tracking a 30 percent increase in contracts actually AWARDED, not whether more women and minority- owned businesses can find them & compete for said contracts.

And that’s somehow constitutional...because we call this dance “good faith”.

Victim mentality is destroying this country, and this exchange proves that the only thing getting in the way of success in America is YOURSELF.

A college student walks up to @MyronGainesX and claims “systemic racism” is why Black people can’t get ahead.

Gaines asks him what’s holding him back from success right now.

The student admits: nothing.

Psychologists have a name for the belief that your effort decides your outcome. It’s called self-efficacy.

Studies show people who believe they decide their own destiny perform 28% better than those who don’t.

They earn more, climb out of low-wage jobs faster, and get rehired quicker after losing one.

Nobel economist James Heckman found that self-efficacy predicts your earnings about as well as raw intelligence does.

This applies to everyone. White, Black, Asian, conservative, liberal. When you always blame others for why you can’t get ahead, you can never diagnose the real problem: yourself.

Think about Tom Brady. He sulked on the bench at Michigan, convinced he was better than the guys ahead of him and ready to transfer.

Then he sat down with Greg Harden, the school’s athletic counselor, who told him to stop obsessing over the guys ahead of him and control the only thing he could: himself.

That shift in mentality earned Brady the starting job at Michigan, 7 Super Bowl rings, and the title of greatest to ever play.

He calls Harden one of the most important people in his life. Not because he fixed his football IQ. Because he fixed his excuses.

Stop blaming. Start working. That's the whole secret.

Nobody is coming to fix your life. You have to do it yourself.

Carrie Sakamoto, testifying at the Allison Inquiry:

That same day she got sick. Flu symptoms. Swollen lymph nodes. High fever. Then "fire in my brain", a burning pain she still has today. Half her face paralyzed. Her eye paralyzed open. Hearing loss. Balance issues. Numbness. She lost the ability to swallow and had to relearn how to eat.

Her son, who also had Pfizer, now suffers severe migraines and hasn't been back to school, she homeschools him in grade 11.

Seven @NJAssemblyGOP Reps traveled to Washington, D.C. today for policy briefings with the @A1Policy on Capitol Hill. A huge thank you to NJ Chapter heads @MattRooneyNJ and @JudgeMichaelD for bringing us all together, and to Senator @berniemoreno, @Congressman_JVD & former Congressman/AFPI CA Chapter head @RepMikeGarcia and a host of federal officials and experts for speaking with us.

The focus: improving education and opportunities for students, increasing energy capacity, restoring election integrity, NJ’s voter registration failures, "sanctuary state" litigation, and overall state accountability.

AFPI is bridging the gap between the states and Washington, connecting state legislators with policy experts from across the country, federal officials & legislators, and the resources and expertise that come with them.

The Trenton Majority has grown very comfortable with the absence of accountability. Days like today aim to change that equation.
