El Niño is arriving on our doorstep in the coming months with 90% certainty.
The world must treat it as the urgent climate warning it is.
The only effective response is #ClimateAction equal to the crisis – ending the addiction to fossil fuels, accelerating the shift to renewables, protecting the most vulnerable, and delivering early warning systems for all.

🔴Lebanese Ministry of Public Health:
3,516 civilians killed and 10,674 wounded in Israeli attacks since March 2nd.
130 of those killed were medical professionals, including two paramedics targeted and killed today.
Genocide is not just the destruction of human life. It is also the eradication of heritage. If you swim down in that water near the Christian quarter and you see mosaics.
Tyre was one of the most important cities in the ancient world. Israel is, in essence, bombing Rome.
Horrific scenes from Tyre, South Lebanon.
Israel is raining bombs on civilian areas in Bourj al-Shamali — wiping out residential block after residential block.
Rescue teams are still searching under the rubble for people buried alive.
This is not a ceasefire.
„Wir können viel darüber sprechen, was militärisch sinnvoll ist, aber der Preis, der der libanesischen Bevölkerung aufgezwungen wird ist in akzeptabel. Man vertreibt 100 Tausende von Menschen und zerstört ihre Heimat, das ist nicht in Ordnung, auch wenn es mit militärisch gerechtfertigt sein könnte im Einzelfall.“
@DanielGerlach1
Israeli airstrikes hit near Jabel Amel hospital in Tyre, southern Lebanon causing extensive damage to the hospital which is still crowded with people including women and children. There’s widespread damage outside too. The Israeli military has warned it will hit the southern suburbs of Beirut too, sparking a panicked exodus
“It is beyond absurd.”
After he was banned from entering the UK over his criticisms of Israel, leftwing US news host @cenkuygur described the moment he was told he couldn’t board his flight.
Uygur, co-host of @TheYoungTurks, was due to speak at SXSW London this week. Twitch streamer Hasan Piker was supposed to appear at the festival as well but was also denied the right to enter the UK due to his opposition to Israel’s genocide in Gaza.
“We’re allowed to criticise anything we like except the government of Israel,” Uygur said. “If you don’t think that’s insane, there’s something wrong with you.”
"Let me read the @guardian's analysis directly:
1,100 Palestinian civilians. Over 275 children. Murdered executed, shot, beaten, run over & not a single Israeli, not 1 soldier, not 1 settler, not 1 police officer, has been prosecuted. 0. Nothing.
This is not a failure of the justice system. This is the justice system.
Because when Palestinians submit complaints, and they do, they file thousands of them, less than 1% end in indictments.
Let me put that in perspective. If you are a Palestinian in the West Bank and an Israeli settler shoots your father in front of you, you have a 1% chance of even seeing an investigation. You have a 0% chance of seeing a conviction.
Now, imagine the opposite. If a Palestinian throws a stone at an Israeli soldier, military court, indefinite detention, possibly death, that is not a conflict. That is a racial hierarchy. That is aparthied."
This is what the genocide apologists were so proud about yesterday in New York. Apartheid.

I've been fighting the establishment for 20 years, but even I didn't realize how evil they are. I thought they're generally misinformed and deluded by their own propaganda. Now I see them working purposely in unison to destroy anyone who won't work for the wealthy and powerful.
It's an honor to have made Israel's enemies list. I'm very proud to have fought against their genocide.
The mighty United Kingdom is afraid of speech that shows you who's responsible for those war crimes. But no amount of censorship will get us to stop telling the truth.
I’ve been banned from the UK. I tried to get on a flight to London to attend SXSW London and give a speech at Oxford. I’ve been banned for criticizing Israel. Are we free anymore? This is oppression of Western citizens by our own governments on behalf of a different country!
🔴Update regarding airstrikes in Tyre and Nabatieh and assessment of the situation at Beaufort Castle.
The significance of Beaufort Castle, heavily highlighted by international, local, and Israeli media, despite being located only about 4 km from the border, is being questioned by some observers.
According to this view, after 15 months of extensive airstrikes, shelling, destruction, and military operations, as well as months of fighting with the resistance, Israeli forces eventually reached Beaufort Castle, a site situated less than 4 km from the border. The position was approached through areas already under Israeli control or influence, including Marjayoun, Qlayaa, Deir Mimas, and Kfar Kila.
Supporters of this assessment argue that the castle itself is primarily a historical and archaeological site and was not used by the resistance as a defensive stronghold in order to avoid its destruction. They contend that its capture therefore carries more symbolic and media value than operational military significance.
The same assessment maintains that Israeli forces continue to face resistance on the outskirts of surrounding Shiite towns and villages, including Zawtar, Debbine, Yohmor, and Arnoun, where fighting remains ongoing and casualties continue to be reported.
