Meanwhile, Hindu IPS officers openly participate in Hindu religious ceremonies and organise Hindu events inside their offices, with no comparable outrage.

This is Senior IPS officer C.V. Anand after taking oath as DGP Telangana, with Vedic chants being recited in his office. There are hundreds of similar examples but Muslims didn't outrage over them.

Uttar Pradesh: Sambhal’s then CO Anuj Chaudhary participated in a religious Rath Yatra in uniform, carrying a mace — and was later promoted as ASP in Firozabad.

One gets transferred, the other gets promoted.
