At minimum, users deserve:

>> Clear communication
>> NO asset liquidation for fees ever!

Until then, WazirX looks like a zero-ethics product with a predatory design, a scammer hiding behind fine print and silence.

Late pick ups, unclean cabs, surge prices, cancellations without any notification, and pathetic customer support.

Qualities that made us loyal customers at first are lost, pushing us back towards Ola/Uber.
