Another serial offender here. The Verna used by the crimizen already has 45 challans worth Rs. 82000 pending. Violations include overspeeding, wrong side driving etc.

From overspeeding, wrongside driving to now beating up law abiding citizens - a criminal emboldened by inaction of the police. Had he been nabbed after 2-3 unpaid challans, an innocent citizen wouldn't have to bear violence.

@PCcityPolice, wake up and protect law abiding citizens from crimizens who do not belong behind the wheel.

In a shocking incident of road rage, a two-wheeler rider was brutally thrashed for merely following traffic rules at Pune's Jahangir Hospital Chowk. At around 3:08 PM today, a man riding a Jupiter scooter rightly stopped his vehicle as the traffic signal turned red. However, a four-wheeler approaching from behind rammed into him. Instead of apologizing for the collision, two men stepped out of the four-wheeler and violently assaulted the scooter rider, angrily questioning him on why he had stopped at the red light. This brazen display of hooliganism has raised serious concerns among citizens regarding road safety and law and order in the city.
